Holistic Psychotherapy aims to help an individual develop an awareness of the communication between body sensations feelings and thoughts and helps to give meaning and purpose to the sometimes difficult journey of life. Symptoms of discomfort and disjunction are viewed as opportunities for awareness and engagement. In a non judgmental and accepting environment with the highest regard for the individual process of every client holistic psychotherapy helps makes it possible for people to face and overcome painful experiences and re connect and reintegrate unknown parts of the self.

The sessions are individually tailored and designed to help restore clients to a more balanced state of physical, emotional and mental well - being.

What to expect in a session :

Sessions are 60 minutes long in person or via zoom from the comfort of your own home.

Sessions are individually tailored and depending on clients needs could potentially include a variety of techniques including Talk Therapy, Somatic Therapy (unblocking unprocessed trauma or painful memories held in the body) Breath Work , Guided Meditation and Embodiment or Movement Practices.

As everyones needs differ client’s decide how often or regularly they need support. Some clients have found that one session is more than enough, other clients Jessica has been working with over a period of 6 months to a year .
